"We first met Janar 5 years ago when we bought our historic 4,000 sq ft home. Janar refinished EVERY floor in the house—and the final bill was exactly what his quote was, which was the lowest of the three we got (and, FYI, his quote was less than half of Accent Hardwood Flooring's quote). In addition to the great price, we were AMAZED at how little wood dust we found in the house—we had had every floor done, and you couldn't see a film of dust anywhere.

So years later, when we found out there was antique pine under the ugly linoleum in our kitchen, OF COURSE we called Janar again. He and his crew pulled up 2 layers of old linoleum and a yellow pine sub floor to find this gorgeous, quarter sewn wood. Some of the boards stretch wall to wall. Janar figures it's worth about $20/ft if you bought it "new" today—to get this floor today, you'd have to buy some of those logs they're pulling off the bottom of rivers, where they've been laying for 50+ years. We wouldn't trust this floor to anyone but Janar and his crew! "
